The Weston A. Price Foundation
The Weston A. Price Foundation is a nonprofit, tax-exempt charity founded in 1999 to disseminate the research of
nutrition pioneer Dr. Weston Price, whose studies of isolated non-industrialized peoples established the parameters
of human health and determined the optimum characteristics of human diets.
The Foundation is dedicated to restoring nutrient-dense foods to the human diet through education, research and activism.
It supports a number of movements that contribute to this objective including accurate nutrition instruction, organic
and biodynamic farming, pasture-feeding of livestock, community-supported farms, honest and informative labeling,
prepared parenting and nurturing therapies

Slow Food is an idea, a way of living and a way of eating. It is a global, grassroots movement with thousands of
members around the world that links the pleasure of food with a commitment to community and the environment.

Thera-ssage
THERA-SSAGE, located in Rutherfordton, NC, is a quiet place where you can relax, restore, and rejuvenate. A place
where the focus is on you. They offer a variety of mind, body and spirit therapies to heal and rejuvenate you
inside and out. I offer my consulting through them as well and will begin an educational series soon.

on the production and marketing of these crops.
